What we collect
When you submit the demo/contact form, we collect the name and work email you provide, along with any company, phone number, sector, and message, plus the IP address of the request. This site loads no third-party scripts, fonts, analytics, or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests you initiate, and taking steps at your request before any contract.
How long we keep it
We retain submissions only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our follow-up, then delete them.
Who we share it with
No one. We do not sell or share your information. Submissions are stored on our own infrastructure. Where we use an email provider to deliver the notification of your request, it acts only as a processor for that delivery.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and may object to its processing, by emailing lb@locallagent.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CNPD).
About the product
LocallAgent runs on our customers' own infrastructure. Calls, audio, transcripts, and knowledge are processed there by the deployed agent and are not sent to us, or to any cloud AI.
